To top off an amazing fortnight for Kevin Owens (formerly Steen), F4WOnline and 411Mania are reporting that the NXT Champion has signed a “Main Roster” WWE Contract today. Kevin will be making a slow transition from the NXT “Brand” to the WWE Main Roster over the next few months while appearing on both NXT Tv and WWE Tv. He is booked for *ALL* WWE Raw TV going forward and will be going on the full house show schedule.
After the Rusev injury, Kevin will be replacing him in the 6 man tags with the likes of John Cena, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns going forward. In the past 2 weeks, Kevin has laid out John Cena, defeated Sami Zayn at NXT Takeover, laid out John Cena again, and went face to face with Samoa Joe. This Sunday, he faces John Cena on WWE PPV in his in-ring WWE Debut. Kevin’s 15 year journey has finally paid of for him, and we’re elated!
