RING OF HONOR ANNOUNCED THAT THEY ARE TO HOLD THEIR FIRST EVER NON-US IPPV IN LIVERPOOL, ENGLAND ON AUGUST 19TH.
‘War of the Worlds UK — Liverpool’ will be available for $19.99 through the ROH website and FITE TV. and will be the company’s first iPPV show outside of the U.S. or Canada. They have had previous streaming specials available on New Japan World.
The iPPV is part of the War of the Worlds UK tour with CMLL, NJPW and RevPro, with dates scheduled for August 18th at York Hall in London and August 20th at the Corn Exchange in Edinburgh, Scotland.
Two matches have been announced for the show with KUSHIDA defending the ROH TV title in a four way elimination match against Dalton Castle, Hiromu Takahashi, and Marty Scurll and in the main event, ROH World Champion Cody will defend against New Japan star SANADA.
