After just one year since our TV sets were seemingly hacked as we got our weekly fix of NXT, Solomon Crowe has requested, and been granted, his release from his developmental contract.

Crowe hasn’t been on TV since September but it is unclear whether this has had anything to do with his release.

After making a name for himself on the independent scene Crowe, also known as Sami Callihan, made his name in CZW teaming with Dean Ambrose in ‘Switchblade Conspiracy’ in the tag team division, EVOLVE, Dragon Gate USA and Pro Wrestling Guerrilla.

As of writing, there is no statement on Crowe’s reason for the request to leave. However we will bring you the latest news as soon as we hear.
