Tallahassee Police have confirmed that the New AEW World Heavyweight Championship has gone missing.
The Championship went missing whilst champion Chris Jericho was eating at a Longhorn Steakhouse in Tallahassee, Fl . According to the report, he had arrived at the Millionaire Club Airport Terminal and placed the AEW Championship Belt in the limousine. The limo took Chris to Longhorn Streakhouse for Dinner, when the limo driver returned to the airport.
It conspires that Jericho, real name Chris Irvine had picked up the wrong luggage from the airport. When the driver picked up Chris from Longhorn Steakhouse afterwards, the belt was missing.
Responding Officers searched the limo and airport for the Championship Belt with no success. CID and other forensics teams are now involved.
There has been no statement from All Elite Wrestling or Jericho yet.
