Less than 24 hours from his WWE Universal Title win, Finn Balor’s dream is already over..
It was reported on WWE.com that Finn Balor separated his shoulder during his match against Seth Rollins at SummerSlam, following a running powerbomb into the barricade.
Finn Balor was (obviously) able to finish the match, but has suffered a slight labrum tear, confirming a preliminary MRI with ringside physician Dr. Chris Robinson.
Finn will be out for upwards of eight to twelve weeks, leaving many fans to fear the worse.
This was confirmed by Raw General Manager Mick Foley, who made the following announcement on Twitter.

The timing could not be any worse for the Irishman, as he is receiving a much deserved main event on WWE’s flagship brand.
UPDATE: It is estimated Balor will be out of action for around six months. That puts him back around February, just in time for WrestleMania.
