Leeds – Edge

Upon securing promotion to the top-flight in 2019-20, Leeds seemingly awoke from their slumber. Like WWE superstar Edge, the ‘sleeping giant’ has spent much of its history competing at the highest level, and it’s good to see them back at prime time. Edge made a spectacular return from a career-ending injury at last year’s Rumble – and he’s set to feature again on Sunday.
Leicester – Daniel Bryan

Underestimated, with a title-winning history – though Bryan’s success vastly outdoes that of Leicester. Still, under Brendan Rodgers, Leicester have found themselves challenging in the top four once again. They are currently third, just two points behind leaders Man City; while Bryan is among the favorites to win the Rumble.
Liverpool – Drew McIntyre

Though not a confirmed entrant in this year’s Rumble, McIntyre was the last man standing in 2020; and is, therefore, the obvious choice as the reigning Premier League champions. The towering Scot will defend his WWE Championship title against legend Goldberg during Sunday’s event.
Man City – Roman Reigns

The Universal Champion faces off once more against Kevin Owens at the Rumble. He’s the self-proclaimed ‘head of the table’, which is something you’d bill Man City with as well. Manchester City are probably favourites to win the Premier League this season, and it’ll take another superstar to knock both of them, out of their stride.
