May 30 sees ‘Hustle, Loyalty, Respect’ make a comeback as John Cena return set for Monday Night Raw
Confirmed earlier today via his official Twitter account, Memorial Day (May 30) will see John Cena return to Monday Night Raw at the Resch Center in Green Bay, Wisconsin after a four month absence from the ring.
John Cena has been absent since January with a shoulder injury which he picked up during his bout with Alberto Del Rio at Hell In A Cell back in October 2015. He lost the title to Del Rio and shortly after announced via his Twitter that his new year was far from a happy one;
Rather upside down start to 2016 as tomorrow I will head to Birmingham for shoulder surgery. Life’s full of set backs but #nevergiveup

We were surprised to see Cena return to WrestleMania 32 in Dallas, TX when he came out to help The Rock take down The Wyatt Family, however we haven’t seen him since then and he hasn’t shown up on any episode of Monday Night Raw to explain his actions.
Today, he tweeted that his original nine months recovery time has been cut short to five months and that he is ready to return. It does make you wonder if this is Cena’s choice, or the hectic travel diary that is making him return to the ring, four months early. Will this be the best idea six months down the line when he could be out injured again? Time will only tell.
If there is one thing Cena gets praise for, he practises what he preaches. Never Give Up – that’s just what he does.
They said the surgery recovery time is 9 months, but I’m ready to go in 5. This #MemorialDay Cena is back on #Raw. #NeverGiveUp

Whilst out with his injury, John Cena has been promoting his reality TV show “American Grit” as seen below. The show sees 16 men and women compete in challenges, with a $1 million prize being awarded to the winning team.
