Mick Foley stands in for Santa in Long Island, NY

Santa Claus might be busy on the road up to Christmas, but that doesn’t stop the ultimate stand-in Saint Mick from doing work for him! WWE Legend and Hall of Famer, Mick Foley has been putting some smiles on the faces at the Stony Brook University Cancer Center in Long Island this past Tuesday, dressing up in his heroes robes for the afternoon.

Mick handed out gifts & candy canes to patients, kids and adults alike, who are being treated for various forms of cancer. Mick said he is more of an ambassador for the children, while Santa is busy with the all the elves this time of year.

Mick’s love for Santa is well documented, literally in the Documentary “I Am Santa Claus” which follod five real-bearded professional Santa Clauses to find out what the rest of the year is like for a man who perpetually looks like Jolly Saint Nick. Mick wore Santa-Related Clothing for an entire year to promote the movie, including on his appearance on Monday Night Raw that same year.

I think we all can agree that Jolly Old Saint Mick is a suitable stand-in for Big Red Machine known as Santa Claus, during this busy time of year
