New Japan Pro Wrestling crowned new IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champions during Road To The New Beginning 2021 Day 5 event at the Ota City General Gymnasium in Tokyo, Japan as BULLET CLUB’s Taiji Ishimori and El Phantasmo defeated Suzuki-gun’s Yoshinobu Kanemaru and El Desperado to become the new Champions.
Ishimori and Phantasmo’s victory brings an end to Kanemaru & Desperado’s 134-day reign as Champions.
