205 Live and NXT superstar asked to leave in October
According to PW Insider. Oney Lorcan reportedly requested his WWE release at the end of October.
He has also referred to his old ring name Biff Busick on social media but is yet to comment on it publically, as have WWE.
Several wrestlers who requested their WWE release more publicly such as Sin Cara, Luke Harper, and Mike Kanellis.
Lorcan signed with WWE in the fall of 2015 and has primarily been seen on both NXT and NXT UK and as of earlier this year, 205 Live. Oney Lorcan has most notably been involved in a fued, and then a tag team with Danny Burch. The pair are booked to appear at next Sunday’s PROGRESS Wrestling show to fight for the PROGRESS Tag Team Titles against Jordan Devlin and Scotty Davis.
