Paige has been suspended by WWE for 30 days
The former Divas Champion has been suspended for her first violation of the companies Wellness policy.
Her suspension will be effective from tomorrow, Thursday 18 August. A statement has been released on WWE.com.
The 24-year old from Norwich, England is a former two-time Divas Champion and the first ever NXT Women’s Champion. She has not been on television in recent weeks due to a neck injury as a result of possible nerve damage.
She is romantically linked to Alberto Del Rio, and since he was also suspended earlier today – there are rumblings that there could be more to this than meets the eye.
