The Smokeshow’s tenure in Impact has been cut short as she is granted her release.

Impact released a statement this morning announcing that Bordeaux has been released, saying:

IMPACT Wrestling confirms that it has released Scarlett Bordeaux from her commitments to IMPACT. We wish her every success in her future endeavours.

PWInsider reported last month that Bordeaux had requested her release from her supposed pay-per-appearance deal with Impact, which began in 2018.

Scarlett was recently in a mixed-tag programme with Fallah Bahh. During her time with Impact she hosted her own interview segment “The Smoke Show” and wrestled in several intergender matches, beating Rohit Raju at Rebellion and Glenn Gilberti on an episode of Impact Wrestling.

Bordeaux’s real life partner Killer Kross has also requested his release, but that has not been granted yet. The two work together for Lucha Libre AAA.
