Ronnie Massaro, brother of Ashley Massaro was killed on November 21st according to NY Daily News. He was 39-years-old at the time.
Ronnie entered himself and had just checked out of a rehab facility in Riverhead, L.I. hours prior to the attack. It is was also reported that Ronnie tried to call a friend about 45 minutes before the attack. A close friend of Ronnie Massaro’s, Doreen Apicella-Marrero stated that; “He must have been in the wrong place at the wrong time.” It is believed that he did not know his killer.
Ashley took her own life in May 2019.Our hearts go out to the entire Massaro family once again from everyone at The Wrestling Movement.
