PWInsider is reporting, and has confirmed, that former WWE and Impact Wrestling champion Alberto Del Rio was indicted yesterday by a grand jury in San Antonio, Texas for aggravated kidnapping.

Del Rio (Jose Alberto Rodriguez Chucuan) was arrested in May and charged with sexual assault, a second-degree felony and aggravated kidnapping. Court records list the primary charge as aggravated kidnapping, according to reports.

A trial date has not yet been set. However, Del Rio is slated to be officially arraigned today, according to court records.

He had been out on $50,000 bond.

In the report, the woman alleged that Del Rio then told her to put on a dress and dance for him and threatened her with abandoning her son if she cried. Del Rio then allegedly tied the woman’s hands with boxing straps, put a sock in her mouth and sexually assaulted her for hours. There were reportedly visible injuries from punches to her back.
