After a Facebook post made by former WWE star Marty Jannetty, about making a man “disappear” when he was 13 years old, a spokesperson from the Columbus, GA police department issued a statement to TMZ.com regarding the matter:
“We are going to look into this. The first step will be seeing if we have any missing persons or unidentified remains cases that match the limited information in the post.”
It was also noted that “several current active homicide investigations underway and they will have to remain the priority.”
If Jannetty was 13 years old at the time of the alleged incident, it would have taken place around 1973. TMZ added that the site reached out to Jannetty for comment but received no response.
